In your kitchen, the exterior of all your major appliances will be washed and polished, counter areas cleaned, moving all small appliances out of place, washed, dried and put back into place.

All kitchen, bathroom and entry floors will be vacuumed and washed on hands and knees to insure baseboard cleaning.

When you arrange your residential cleaning over the phone with our customer service team you will be sent an email confirming your appointment with an introduction to your cleaning crew.

Our maids are the key to our success! Many have worked with Upstairs Downstairs for several years and are experts in delighting our customers in northwest chicago.

Our cleaning crews are predominantly two woman teams with experience and training in the art of home cleaning in Europe. Each cleaning crew provides their own cleaning supplies (safe cleansers, polishing cloths, dusters). All teams speak English.
