Services

Upstairs Downstairs Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning services, including one-time and recurring cleanings. Specific services, pricing, and scope of work are agreed upon at the time of booking or estimate.

We do not provide carpet cleaning, window cleaning, curtain cleaning, or disinfection services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided based on the information you give us and do not require an in-home visit.
  • Pricing may change if the condition, size, or scope of the home differs from what was described.
  • Additional time or services requested during a visit may result in adjusted pricing.

Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled time.
  • If cleaners are unable to access the home, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Please secure pets and notify us of any special instructions prior to your cleaning.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
  • Recurring service schedules may be paused or adjusted with advance notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.
  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Safety & Breakage

  • While our team takes great care, normal wear, tear, or pre-existing damage is not our responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable, improperly installed, or fragile items unless due to clear negligence.
  • Please inform us in advance of any delicate or high-value items.

Health & Safety Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a home presents unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Biohazards
  • Severe clutter preventing safe cleaning
  • Aggressive pets
  • Hazardous materials or environments
