Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We provide all of the cleaning supplies, polishing cloths, and dusters. The only thing you need to provide is a vacuum.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Please contact us regarding alternate methods of entry.
Will the same crew be responsible for cleaning my home?
If you sign up for regular service, weekly or bi-weekly, you will have the same team and same time on a consistent basis.
How long will the cleaning crew be at my house?
Depending on the service you need will determine the time we spend in you home. We will give you an estimate over the phone.
Will the cleaning crew speak English?
Yes. All teams speak English.
What if I have pets?
Please let us know if you have pets. This is usually not an issue for our cleaning crews.
Do you wash and fold laundry?
Yes we can provide this service if requested.
Do you change bedding?
Yes we can provide this service if requested.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are bonded and insured and licensed by the state of Illinois.
